1½ cups chopped dried apple

¼ cup dates

1 teaspoon nutmeg

2 tablespoons cinnamon

¼ cup walnuts


Whip them up:
Whiz all the ingredients together in a food processor and mix to combine. If the consistency is too dry add water until it holds together. Roll into balls using your hands, then roll in a topping of your choice. Choose from toasted sesame seeds, coconut, chopped nuts, cocoa powder. Store in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container. They can also be frozen. One or two will do you for a snack.

1 rep decline pushup. Toes on bench. (You can use a gym bench, park bench, bed, chair or step)
1 rep squat
1 rep tuck jump
1 rep burpee into a tuck jump
1 rep situp

Repeat 2 reps of each exercise, then repeat 3 reps of each exercise, then 4, 5, 6, 7, reps all the way to 10 then descend from set of 10 down to set of 1.
